Yamazaki Textile is located in Hamamatsu City in Shizuoka, and the Enshu production area has been known as one of the leading cotton production areas since the Edo period.
Since our establishment in 1967, we have been more than 160 types of greige fabrics in stock constantly, focusing on fine count high-density products and hard-twisted fabrics that other companies do not handle.
We have samples of more than 1200 types of finishing variations such as fabric dyeing and special garment dyeing, so we can propose ones that you are satisfied if it is cotton materials.

Our recommended material,
No. 1 : GV Series
We use specially chosen extra long cotton, organic, and recycled raw materials etc., but in the GV series, the yarn is burned with a banner in the state of yarn.
Contaminants are removed by burning the yarn, and the fluff that cotton originally has is eliminated, giving it a luster appearance. Furthermore, the yarn is twisted in two (called twisted yarn).
The GV series has been twisted at this part with a much higher twisting speed than usual. Please touch it once.
It has a clean and an elegant texture that you can't think of as cotton, and can be mistaken for polyester!

No. 2 : Cold Mercerization Series
Cotton has a method called mercerization to express texture and luster.
The material that has been processed to freeze this mercerized solvent to -300°C or higher is cold mercerization.
It has a very firm feel, and it transforms into a new texture while expressing a natural taste by dyeing of garment.
